One to one

Work with me one to one

For people who want to go through the SEER path with me directly. We work with the practices from the book, live, and you take an exercise with you into the time between sessions.

Good to know

  • Sessions are by video on Google Meet. The link comes in your confirmation email.
  • Times are shown in your own time zone, and payment is taken when you book.
  • You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before. Later cancellations can't be refunded.
  • No VAT is added to the price.
I'm a clinical psychologist, but these sessions are teaching in the practice, not therapy. If you're in crisis, please reach a local service or someone who can sit with you today.
